Butterfly Edu offers customized instruction, one-on-one attention, and a different way of approaching learning for students who face challenges with early reading, writing, and math. Lessons are highly individualized to each student - where they’re at, what engages them the most, and how their brain thinks.
TEACH
We offer support to your child along their elementary educational journey. Whether they are learning letters and numbers, beginning to read, starting narrative writing, or making sense of math, we can help.

For phonics, reading, and spelling, we use the Orton-Gillingham methodology along with multi-sensory techniques, games, and creative activities to make learning as fun and engaging as possible.

CARE
Sarah is a learning specialist with a MA degree in Psychology and 10 years of tutoring/teaching experience, including previous work as an elementary school teacher, a children's yoga/meditation instructor, and an ABA technician. She believes patience and kindness are her most valuable skills for working with children. Her diverse educational/career background has given her a unique understanding of how to engage students, develop creative and fun lesson plans, and connect with kids who think differently. Sarah is passionate about helping all students recognize their potential and cultivate a life-long love of learning.
